Ragnar Posted June 7, 2016 Share Posted June 7, 2016 Hi I'm wondering if anybody can help me I was unable to get a UK passport because my mothers middle name isn't on my birth certificate. Her birth certificate has her middle name on it and with a different address than mine, and the passport office want to know why.
