As a Registered Migration Agent, I'd like to volunteer to answer general questions as my workload allows, as I always enjoy sharing information and knowledge with visa applicants. I specialise in partner/fiancé visas including Schedule 3 issues, and difficult cases and situations including cancellations, refusals, health and character issues, exclusion periods, PIC 4020 issues, waivers and tribunal appeals. I believe that registered migration agents, in exchange for the privileges that a licence in our profession gives us, owe a reasonable obligation of pro bono (free) assistance to the community and I've found that helping those through an online forum where questions can be asked freely and the answers are available for others to see an benefit from is a great way to provide assistance and answer general questions. While I'm not able to do case assessments on the forum due to the complexity of these, especially with skilled visas, I'm happy to answer general questions about Australian migration and would look forward to being of assistance.
