Household items in Malvern Vic for sale

We are moving from Malvern, VIC, back to Bristol (with a 2 year old and a 3 month year old) and have the following items for sale. All negotiable especially if you're interested in several items, all in excellent condition or nearly new.

Pick up required on or before the ANZAC weekend ending Monday 25th April.

Fetch TV PVR 1TB with 3 digital tuners - comes fully boxed with all cables and instructions as supplied from new 1 year ago. No contracts required (as with with Optus or Netflix), this unit is stand alone. New at $399, offering at $199 in unmarked condition.

Panasonic 1.1 kW Inverter microwave (1 year old from new) - white body with aluminium/black door ($99);

Basic kitchen kit (nothing fancy but has kept us going for a month before we leave) - including toaster, pots, pans and cutlery, and scissors and other utensils and plastic plates/cups ($20)

Laundry kit including good quality Philips iron, board and pegs ($40)

Ikea Askholmen garden table and chairs x 4 with 4 Ikea cushions ($80);

Cot bed (white wood) with good quality pocket sprung mattress, suitable from 6 months up to around 4 years. Sides removable to convert cot in to bed. (2 years use, $99);

2 a/c portable units (models below) - grab a bargain now before everyone wants one next summer! If you are moving in to Melbourne then these are perfect for bedrooms - we used one in each large bedroom to keep them cool during the hot 30+ degree weather.

Both bought in December 2015, only 3 months old, both with remote controls, adjustable window exhaust kits and transferable warranties with receipts from new. Both have been very effective.

Aldi Stirling 4.2kW portable a/c unit (with box) (retails at $399, asking $199).

Ikea Billy book case x 2 in pale birch - 2.02m tall x 80 cm wide with extension unit on top for additional height plus all other adjustable shelves ($90 for pair)

Ikea Malm desk in pale birch - unmarked, with one drawer and one door ($99);

Baby Jogger Mini City GT stroller (sandstone colour, 18 months old) ($250); and

Baby bassinet (silver/grey) with adapters to fit in single or double Baby Jogger Mini City series (3 months old,$120).

Nursing Chair (rocking) with matching rocking foot stool in white wood with sandstone colour upholstery (2 1/2 yrs old) $99.

Petrol lawn mower (MTD Yard Machines 18“ blade, push along) with grass catcher, runs a treat on unleaded 91. Very reliable and sturdy but with stiff throttle control and well used ($99). Can demonstrate it.
