I'm unable to do it online as we used an agent and they dealt with the login and passwords, they are no longer trading so I can't get it from them. The form itself is quite straight forward, I'm just unsure of where to send it and if I need the new passport verified first and if I can get a stamp put into them ... 3 of the 4 of us have new passports !!! I couldn't figure out how to submit it online so I searched on here and found an e-mail address to send it to: 929.update @ dfat.gov.au Took them a couple of days and it was all done.
