maskman
Hy guys, my student visa has been cancelled last month. So before that I prepare my paperwork for rsms and came back to my country to lodge my rsms. Yesterday I lodged my rsms, just thinking if my rsms has been declined for any reason. Can i came back to Australia for my AAT or any other reason. Because if this happen owner will try to find another person for work, because sitting overseas waiting for Review will take a long time. Whatever came in your mind, let me know. Thanks ** I am not thinking negative, just want to know that's it.
VERYSTORMY
It is impossible to know if a visa would be declined. If you only applied yesterday, they probably haven't even looked at it yet. It will likely take months.

Impossible to say as if it is declined, you may have a right of appeal, you may not. If not, you would have to see if you are eligible for another visa.
