There are 2 books and both are in excellent conditions (each covered with plastic coating): 1. The Official Guide to PTE Academic (New Edition) with CD = AUD 55. 2. PTE Academic - Practice Tests Plus with Key (New Edition) with CD = AUD 45. If you want to buy both I can give you discount and they will be AUD 90. These books are really helpful since the model questions are very similar to the ones in the real exam so I highly recommend you learn from it!
