Re-applied nomination the same week RFI requested 2nd week of November for nomination Then visa & nomination both got approved yesterday! It was a long wait but it was worth it! ? SBS approved in Oct requested genuine position report for nomination submitted it on 6th nov....they did external reference checks in end of December..after that nothing still waiting.. If you can get it easily, there is no problem submitting it but you may also proceed with the application w/out it and just wait if the case office will request it.
