Irish Pub Manager wanted for established Irish pub in downtown Saigon, Vietnam. What we are looking for is an experienced bar / restaurant manager with strong back ground in hospitality with a relaxed and down to earth personality to work with both the local staff and take care of the customers. Experience behind the bar with the serving and upkeep of the Draught beers & ciders along with basic cocktails is a must and the ability to help out in the kitchen would be highly valued. Anyone will a musical talent to start a session would be an added bonus! It would be idea for someone looking for a break in Asia or stopping by for a while on the way to or from Ireland.
