So I need a bit of Local Knowledge regarding the surrounding areas of Launceston. We are looking for something semi rural, a nice little village 15-30 mins from Launceston would be ideal. we anticipate spending a fair bit of time Surfing, Hiking, Fishing, Kayaking, MTB'ing and generally getting out and about so access to these things is also a consideration.
