Steve and Caroline Posted February 8, 2014 Share Posted February 8, 2014 Hi we are returning to the UK and we have just sold our 3 bedroom house here on the Sunshine Coast. We have decided not to take any furniture back with us so we have a whole house full of furniture to sell. All of it is in VGC and nothing is over 5yrs old, most only 2yrs old. For example we have queen size beds (2 used for guest stays only) lounge suites, electrical goods, kitchen stuff, pots pans and crockery in fact the whole box and dice! We will even be selling our car nearer our departure date. Does anyone here in Oz know of someone arriving from the UK who needs furniture or needs to buy good stuff for a reasonable price. Ideally we would like to sell it in one go (offers around $10,000) but we will look at selling individual pieces. We only heard about Poms in Oz the other day so maybe some one can help.
