TeeTMI Posted July 15, 2013 Share Posted July 15, 2013 As of July 1st Public Interest Criterion 4020 has been added to all Family Visas, including those in processing. DIAC has been picking up instances of fraud in respect of claimed family composition, claims / denial of partner relationships and age of applicants.
