I have an opportunity to move to Melbourne with my family, I had the chance to come over and look round last week and liked the place, but as usual it was all very rushed and quick, houses, schools, interviews. Anyway 3 weeks later and I have 3 days to decide with my wife and 3 kids 3,5 and 7. I need to live on the west of Melbourne as the commute would be too much. if i lived in the east. So i would really like pros and cons of living in Melbourne and where you would live on the west side, currently Sanctuary Lakes seems the best bet, Williams town looks good but swollows up alot of money.
