Sending out a 30 kg parcel to Oz

We need to send out OH tools and tool box, which have been cleaned already and are with family still back in the UK. When boxed up, will weigh just under 30kgs. Anybody got any advise about who to use and who would be the quickest. Also do we have to fill in the AQIS forms along with a copy of OH passport???

Any help would be apprecited and we need to get them out asap
