Short term rental avail port kennedy
Hi all, I have a short or mid term rental available in Port Kennedy which is in the southern beaches area of Perth, about 40 minutes from the heart of the city. Public transport to everywhere is excellent and there are several major shopping centres in the area. The beach down there is awesome.

The home has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 large living areas, a dishwasher, patio, shed, bore reticulated gardens and a single carport. Sorry, no airconditioning.

Wow, that is really cheap.

A friend of mine is buiding in Port Kennedy and have only just got the slab down. They would have taken it for a year but have just moved. I'll have to tell them, they'll be gutted

that is a fairly standard price for the area, it doesn't have a/c, pass it on if you know anyone else
