Anyone looking for a house on Pacific Pines, just trying to help a friend out who is moving back to the UK, so needs someone to rent her house so she can get her rent back.
4 bedroom, ceiling fans, air con, tv room/study and large kitchen living area, rent $450 per week.
oh right next to display village within walking distance to the schools,
Just not for them Lou, shame really as I relocated them a couple of months ago and they have become friends. the best thing is though, I thought it would unsettle me, someone I know returning to the UK, but to be honest I didn't bat an eye lid, so just shows I don't miss the UK

that sad for them Sarah! I know that I would have gone back to the UK at the drop of a hat in the first couple of months but now it's a different story! Will be moving up to Pac Pines in Sept when the lease on our current place runs out so probably too soon for us. Sure it'll go quick though, they get snapped up, up there don't they?!
Lyn
ps As you live where you do, will you look down on us when we are at Hawkesbury Ave? literally I mean LOL

Yeah should not have a worry renting it out, it is a nice house, just don't want them to loose too much rent.

We were from a little village called Braughing (well known for its sausages lol)somewhere in the middle between Royston, Bishops Stortford and Ware.
Knew Hemel Hempstead well - always at Aquasplash! liked shopping at the Galleria at Hatfield and St Albans. Were you affected by the refinery blast? we felt the 'shock' - woke us up! so god only knows how it affected locals!
Used to live right near it, but at the time we were living in Bedfordshire, but heard the bang, I thought one of my kids had fallen out of bed.
We were also coming to Oz with the BBC to film the wanted down under a couple of days after it happened, so that was a nightmare as there was no fuel, so we had to divert to amsterdam before flying on, but never mind at least no one was killed, thank god.
I had someone for it but they backed out last night, but never mind someone will come along, normally it's really hard to find people a rental, but when one is thrown in your face you can't give it away, lol
