Accommodation in Logan City subburbs

Hubby has been offered a job in Logan City and we are in the process of arranging our Employee Nominated Permanent Visa.

Trying to do as much research as possible and finding it rather daunting with regards to accommodation. It appears that it is quite hard to secure a tenancy before arrival into Australia and with 4 kids im having a nervous breakdown worring about arriving at being homeless.

Have briefly looked into short term furnished but dont seem to find anything in the area im looking, and hotel prices seem enormous.

Anyone had any experiences or have any suggestions as im reaching for the valium as we speak.

Hiya we arent far from Logan city and have short term furnished accommodation ,what suburb is the job offer in? It isnt impossible to secure a 6mth rental before you leave but you do need someone to inspect it for you.Most book a few weeks and find their feet,have a look at suburbs etc and then sign up for a longer term house.let me know if you need any help and ill try my best

I have pm'd you - but can you tell me where your accommodation is - we were hoping to living permanently in Heritage Park, hubbys place of work is in Underwood. Is your short term accommodation within reasonable distance ?

hiya we arent far from Heritage Park at all ,my friend lives there ,they have built some lovely new houses,i have replied to your pm.
