Rental in Melbourne

Hi all.
Does anyone know of any property to rent in the suburbs of South Yarra or Prahan, fully furnished? (preferably near Commercial Road). We seem to be struggling to find fully furnished property at the moment, (it seems everyone wants to rent?!) and are getting a bit worried as to wether we will find somewhere. We would be prepared as a last resort to take unfurnished.

We are currently in holiday accomodation and have less then two weeks left in this property.

We would be grateful of any advice anyone can post to us.

Sorry to hear that your struggling for a rental. To be honest you will not find many fully furnished rentals available for long term lease unless your paying short term prices. I would recommend trying to find a rental on realestate that is unfurnished: Rental Properties, Lease and Holiday Rentals - realestate.com.au you can then always rent your furniture if you are desperate. There is a place in Prahran that rents furniture I don't know what they are like but it may help you get a rental doing it this way. Thanks for the advice and the links. We've checked out the accomodation website and even bumped into the furniture rental store when out and about today! We also viewed a fully furnished apartment yesterday, and we're too impressed. Thanks again for your help.
