We are moving over to Perth in approx mid September this year and need a furnished property for one month. We ideally would like to stay in Safety Bay/Rockingham area as it is very central for what we need i.e. pets will be in kennels, access to the city, job interviews, etc and for the first month at least, we want to be Perth based or just south of the river.
After this time we are going to rent an unfurnished for a longer period depending on where work will be and our dogs will have got out of quarantine by then.
We are a professional couple, no kids, so place does not have to be huge, but needs to be quite nice.
Please reply with any prices, availablility and any pics would save time. We have found places from $450 pw to $700 pw so have an idea of going rate and what you get for it.
