adelaide or perth?

im thinking about emigrating to adelaide or perth & it seems to me you get a lot more house for your money in adelaide why is that?

Hi there, I do not know why Adelaide is cheaper, maybe salaries are cheaper. Recently visited Perth and Adelaide and both nice places. I preferred Perth to Adelaide but only personal. Perth is very 'legoland' and flat whereas Adelaide has hills and valleys and greener. Think maybe there are more not so nice areas in Adelaide than Perth.
