Hi,

the realestate agent tells me they could get between $500 and $550 for it ,so on a private rental we would be looking for around the $500 mark.It is very roomy far to big for the two of us.D&D

Hi,I think its still available if that makes any sense to you.We have it up for sale but its a bit slow at the moment but that in turn has made the rental market red hot,the agents havent got enough properties they tell me.We are about to put it up with a real estate agent this week as we can move out before our new house is ready if need be,the agent has told us to list it at $600 a week but if there are no agents involved we can come to some arrangement. When are you looking at?have you looked at the house on Real Estate, Property, Land and Homes for Sale, lease and rent - realestate.com.au ?Have you got young children or animals? The one thing we will require is very good references as the house is in A1 condition.Sorry if you think we sound a bit negative but we have spent a fortune on the house and we just want someone who will look after it like we have.If you want to talk give us a call 00 613 5976 4914.Darryl

We are hoping to have a 5bedroom property added to our website this weekend it would be available for a 12 month rental. We also have another property available for short stays. We can also help with pets.
