G'day - we have an near new unfurnished 4x2 house to rent the begining of June 2008 in Somerly, Clarkson WA which is 32km north of Perth. Situated close to the train station so good for commuting to the city. Beach on 2km away. Only $365p.w and only available for 6 month lease. Please let us know of any interest.
