I have a new two bed fully furnished town house available to rent from the 1st of July. It is about 3 minutes walk to Clarkson train station in the northern suburbs. 30 minutes to the centre of Perth. The house has a large balcony to sit out and watch the world go by. The shopping centre and pub is about three minutes on the bus or a nice 10 - 15 minute walk.

Is this for holiday rental or long let?

We would prefer long term but if it is empty I would take a holiday let. It is equipped for holiday let so it would not be a problem. Let me know what date you are planning on arriving and I will checq availability.
