Mortgages? How much can we borrow?

I came on a 457 and bought my house whilst going for PR. There are few banks that will lend for mortgages unless you have PR. Bankwest took care of us and we had a good deal. Shop around for deals. We came across a great financial guy c/o a local estate agent who organised everything for our mortgage for FREE! If anyone needs his name PM me and I`ll give you his details!
