Hi All! If anyone is looking for a fully-furnished rental property in Perth, I have a brand new 3 bed, 2 bath home in Clarkson that is fully-furnished and equipped. It's only a 5-minute drive to the coast and Mindarie Marina, 30 seconds walk to a park and bus stop, just a 5-minute walk to the train station (a direct 30 minute ride to the centre of Perth), and a short walk to the shops and the pub. just a a quick look and it looks really nice but are rentals really that expensive? We were hoping to be renting for $350-$450 a week

Rob and Sophs house is a holiday rental, fully furnished, all bills etc. You will get a normal unfurnished rental in the same area for the prices you quote.

Hi Jo, Northern bird is right - short term rentals are more expensive because they are fully furnished and equipped (including hair dryer, towels, linen, cooking utensils etc) and include water, gas, electricity, phone line and internet line rental etc. You would easily be able to get an unfurnished rental on a normal lease (eg 6 or 12 months) for the price you've mentioned in the same area.
