Have A Rental S of Hobart

Greetings from a Library in Cambridgeshire! Being Homeless is Weird & plays havoc with your sleep...
The clock is ticking here, but just a word to say we have managed to secure a rental in Tassie, south of Hobart in one of our desired locations - but beware the Lease Demons - I've rented in UK & USA for decades! & never seen a Lease so biased in favor of the Owner with pages of tenent's responsibilities & barely a mention of what the Owner's responsibilities are... So beware that if you are thinking of renting for a while - luckily this is just through New Year's so will motivate us Big Time to find something to BUY....

We were in lovely West Mersea on Wednesday & 3 doors down was 2 x 20' containers being loaded up with another family moving to Oz... Amazing... Good Luck if you find Poms in Oz, sorry I didn't get a chance to come back & explain more - it took us that long to walk the beach & eat lunch... & walk the beach....

Off to Dorset on Sunday...

Congratulations on getting a rental and good luck on your new life in tassie.

We leave for a validation trip to Perth on monday but we have to come back complications with house sale and all that c**p .
