I have a Brand New Short Term Rental Property which was only finished in March 08. It is located in Ocean Keys in the Northern suburbs and sleeps nine. It is only 3 minutes walk to the train station. My first two booking are from Police recruits going into the police academy. It is only 5 minutes from Mindarie Keys and close to the Beach.
The property is fully furnished with internet access. I have also negotiated a very good deal with a local Hire Car company which can be incorporated in the cost of the house rental. Hi Steve,

My property is currently booked until Mid September. I do also have a two bed town house that may be available. This is fully furnished but is not really suitable if you have small children as there is no garden area for them to play.
