Renting in Perth

Ello,
My girlfreind and i are moving to perth in the next couple of months,
Wheres a nice place to live?
I need a 1 bed, not to far from a beach, easy access to the city, cheap-ish.

If anyone has any advice, i'd love to chew their ears off.
