I am focussed on helping anyone from the UK that is moving over so I've set up services for people that need places to rent short term while they settle in.

Rental properties would be a better idea - Although people may want to live in this area many have never been to australia before and may be reluctant to commiting to buying a property before they've really had a chance to settle and look at other suburbs.

I am able to offer anyone moving in from the UK the chance to rent if they are able to supply a minimum of 3 months rent in advance.

I understand that most people need a place to rent while they settle in and get accustomed to the area. They can wait for their belongings to be shipped over and they can wait and look around to find an area that they would like to live in.
