What is supplied in rental let in Queensland - advice??

Hi everyone!
As we are now in the process of sorting out what to take with us I was wondering if anybody could give me any advice on what furniture we would be likely to find in a longterm let (6 months or more).

Are you expected to supply all your own furniture or do rental prices depend on what furniture you get??.....

Please somebody help me as I am constantly changing my mind and just keep moving piles of stuff around the house!!....

If you go for a furnished rental (most people do for a couple of weeks - holiday home etc.) then you get everything included, these are generally expensive. An ordinary rental is generally the house shell, and you provide all your own furniture - just like the UK really.
