Hi All,

Just had a thought today which may help for some and not for others but you never know if you don't try anything new.
(some friends of mine several years ago purchased a wonderful property abroad via ebay)

I had a peek on aussie ebay eBay Australia - Buy or sell practically anything on eBay, the world's online marketplace and there are currently 12 properties on there for sale - North Shore Sydney,NSW to Victoria to South West Queensland, Avon in WA........................
so i guess its for anyone who is looking to buy its always worth a look as there just maybe what you are looking for & its a cheap way for vendors to sell too.
Yep it is a long shot but you just never never know if you dont look

Gumtree is another site you often find property on ,you just choose the state your interested in,
