renting in manly..

hi everyone,
me and my girlfriend are moving out to sydney at the end of july ,08
we are thinking of renting in or around manly as this is where her new job will be..,
whats the average price of renting a 2bed place?? and also can anyone recommend a good cheaper suburb close to manly hospital?and any good rental agents please?.

ps,dont ask for alot do i!! haha.

Good luck with the move. I think Manly is quite expensive area to rent in but a great place - you could check out a few websites, ie.
