I think Manly is quite expensive area to rent in but a great place - you could check out a few websites, ie. Real Estate, Property, Land and Homes for Sale, lease and rent - realestate.com.au, Real Estate for Sale, Rent and Share @ Domain.com.au, myhome.com.au Australian real estate property search.
