Is it just me or is it a coincidence? I've viewed 2 houses now with two different agents and at the end of each viewing was informed that someone had seen that house earlier today and had put an offer in for consideration and if I was really interested perhaps I should too. Mmmm? I'm not in a hurry, is the market that buoyant at the moment, or are they putting the pressure on? Has this happened to a lot of people on pio before or am I just being cynical?
Yes monty happened to us to, we were not in a hurry so just said ok.Then they called us a couple of days later asking of out thoughts on the houses lol
