I know that we will be entitled to the first home buyers grant of $7000 but please can someone offer advice about stamp duty concessions. I think I read somewhere that I won't get concession if the property is worth OVER $130000. Do you pay stamp duty separately for land and then again for house or is it all together once the project is completed. Any help would really be appreciated.
