HEY , YOU CAN BUY IT AS IT IS IN ADELAIDE ABOUT 12KM FROM ADELAIDE CBD. LOVELY PLACE AND ALL LOVELY HOUSES THERE. THE HOUSES ARE ELEVATED ON A HILL.

Hervey bay is 4 1/2 hrs north of Brisbane,the ferry for Fraser Island leaves from there.great little town don't have to be there till Jun08 so plenty of time,thanks for the kind thought.
