Long term rentals?

Hi,does anyone know any real estate agents in Oz who deal in long term rentals,i.e over a year at least?Sarah+++++

Hi Sarah, most of the agencies here will give you a renewable 6 month contract, but just remember that if you sign up you are liable for the full length of the contract! Take a look at realestate.com.au and check out the rentals there it will give you some idea!

Hiya as Sian says most agents offer you the choice of 6 or 12 mth lease.If for any reason you have to break the lease,you are responsible for the remaining rent,however, with the rental market as it is at the moment ,the agents know they can re-let easily and if you give proper notice you may just be required to cover a couple of weeks until new tenants move in,hope this helps alittle
