Melbourne rental required

Hi

Can anyone help with an (initially) 3 month rental in Melbourne, starting early December? All areas considered, would prefer Albert Park, Prahran etc.... Minimum one bedroom.

We are a professional couple with two extremely well behaved toy poodles (who will be in quarantine initially).

All bonds/refs etc available.

We are looking to purchase eventually.

Thank you

It may be worth trying one of these links rather than going via the usual estate agent routes, as I gather they, the EA's, tend to go for longer term rentals and aren't really interested until you are actually in Oz as there is such a high demand for homes.

Do let us know how you get on with finding somewhere. We're in the same boat - with a dalmation - but with no quarantine so we'll need to find somewhere pretty quick too and most of the short-term pet freindly accomodation we've found is either fully booked or more expensive than we're wanting to pay.

p.s. Have you tried these, they may have some availability for you...

I dont know whether this will help but we have a 3 bedroom property in McCrae (on the Mornington Peninsula (800 m from the beach). It is available from early Feb. though and is 1.5 hrs south of Melb.
If interested or you would like to ask any questions let me know.

Regards

Andrew

McCrae rental property

Dear Maz and Jon

Send me an email and I will give you a description of the area and send you some pictures of the rental house. At this stage it is available in March and McCrae is only about 10 minutes drive from Mornington.

Regards
:)
