Hi all,

Where can ifind out about short term rentals.
We are looking at the Caloundra area, as i will be attending college at Nambour, we will be arriving in oz at the begining of november if all goes to plan.
We really only need somewhere to stay while we find somthing long term, either rental or buying(if we can get a mortgage). There is only myself and my wife, no kids.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am actually renovating two 2 bedroom places and one will be available in November and one is available now.
The rent is $320 Australian per week.
Just to let you know Coulandra is another 15mins further away than Warana which is where my place is.
