BTW In answer to your earlier question which i completely forgot about........ we chose Carramar because it was midway between Joondalup and Wanneroo.
The golf course was also a main attraction......... plus it had at that time a restrictive covenant which didn't permit 'homes West' (council houses) in close vicinity.
NB : Nothing wrong with Council Houses......... I was brought up in one!!!
