I am planning to migrate out to the Rockingham area of WA on 4th August and I am looking for a furnished rental property for my first two weeks, can anyone recommend an estate agent or a good web site?

try Real Estate, Property, Land and Homes for Sale, lease and rent - realestate.com.au has both sales and rental on it. Am sure some others will recommend some more specific ones. Think there might even be one that advertises on here too, keep an eye out for it.
