I think the realestate abbreviations here could be considered a foreign language :)

DLUG Double lock-up garage
GGE, GRG Variations on garage that dont specify size
UC Undercover, usually part of a car parking reference
OSP Off street parking
Sec parking Secure parking
Auto, Remote and R/C- are used to describe car parking that you access with a remote control
ROW Right of Way (usually used for inner suburb properties that have a rear laneway that provides vehicle access)
WB Weatherboard
STCA Subject to council approval
BIR Built-in robe (wardrobe)
WIR Walk-in robe (wardrobe)
OP open plan
ENS ensuite
BR or B/R bedroom
DBL BR Double bedroom (lots of variation on this one)
SGL BR Single bedroom (again lots of variations on this one)
DW Dishwasher
OFP open fireplace
GDH Gas ducted heating
A/C air-conditioning
RC aircon reverse cycle air-conditioning
SS RC aircon split system reverse cycle air-conditioning
IG in-ground, usually used to describe pools/spas
AG above ground, usually used to describe pools/spas
BBQ barbecue, the great aussie favourite :)
S/S or SS (usually accompanied by app or appl) stainless steel appliances
Pol boards polished boards
Sq squares, a method of describing house area, not to be confused with square metres
