Don't you mean decrease for those areas? I live in Waikiki and my neighbour is an estate agent - prices have droipped about 10% if not more from the middle of last year, folk like me that were stupid enough to buy in the frenzy at full asking price have a bit of negative equity going on at the moment, however with the new train line going in this winter, it'll probably jump right back easily!
No i'm sure the report said they'd increased being southern suburbs and in anticipation of the rail link, whilst metro areas had experienced the decrease.
The suburbs I'd mentioned had a big blue arrow next to them pointing up (I meant to write the ones that had gone down but OH took the paper)
