just found this "house supermarket" some really good prices , but dont forget its + land prices, and land is expensive around Sydney. So move out a bit . "MO" .

Hi there,

We have been round the complex for homeworld on the central coast there are approx 50 or 60 properties to view, they are all massive and well displayed and amazing to look at.
There are so many options too to choose from everything from type of front driveway down tiles flooring kitchen etc etc these places are mind boggling to walk round but fantastic for ideas if you wanted to build your own or renovate.
only problem is after the first 30 or so they all start to look the same !!!

They are amazing looking houses... not looking at NSW but the houses in Oz are so much better than in UK, so hope we manage to get there....
