Hi All, I am a private landlord consultant operating from Perth. One of my clients has a property in Fremantle which is the 2nd city of Perth. It is a 2brm 2 storey apartment with all the furniture and all the fittings, and I mean everything, all you need is your clothes CD collection and laptop. The property has 2 outside courtyards, 2 parking bays, airconditioning, heating and quality everything!!!!! You can walk in to the city centre (about 2 minutes), walk to the beach (about 5 minutes) or catch a bus right outside your door. The train station is a free bus ride away (about 2mins). It is also just down the road from the Fremantle Hospital. My clients are asking $450 per week with a minumum of 6 months. Unfortunately the property is not suitable for children or pets. The property will be available from 2 April 2007
