My wife and I are moving to Queensland for a year (at least) in May.
We would like to rent our home out for 12 months.
We have many friends who have moved over from England that mentioned that this would be a good place to advertise.
It's in Alexander Heights (14km North of Perth City). It's a 15 minute drive to the beach. 20 minutes from the airport. Public transport and schools are all nearby.
The house is a 4 bed, 2 bathroom/toilet, brick and tile home, double carport with remote door, reverse-cycle air conditioning, carpet and tiled inside, gas appliances, gas hot water, alarm, large outdoor patio, big yards front and back with a large back shed with roller door (fits a car plus more), formal lounge, home theatre room, laundry, formal dining.
Furniture includes, Queen bed, bedside tables, 2 x chest of drawers, 2 x king single beds, lounge suite, dining table & 6 chairs, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, clothes drier, microwave, tv entertainment unit, TV, 2 x office desks, 2 x bookcases, 6 seat outdoor setting and two sun deck chairs (i think that's everything).
Pets are allowed (conditions apply), there is already a large outdoor enclosure built at side of house for cats/small dogs with access from a lockable pet-door.
Lawnmowing included.

We are looking to come out in May and would definately be interested in seeing some pics. We are family of 4, our daughters are 7 and 14, what are the schools like round there?
We would like to build our own so would be looking for somewhere for around a year I guess. Having never been could u let us know what the area is like, is fairly safe?
