yeah its really bugging me, tho i dont know why ive got a lot more important things than that to worry about. Saw it on a real estate site, there was an old house that needed renovating and it said that it had this order on it.

Thanks Lynne, had a look at the link you posted. Think it must be something to do with heritage preservation because it was a really old building. I can go back to worrying about wether or not to emigrate now thats cleared up !
