Just starting the process & been checking property prices out (not that its at all relevant from now until we eventually get there but we all do it don't we), and noticed that in the northern beaches of Sydney prices seem to differentiate quite a lot. I was particularly interested to see Deewhy as being cheaper than other beachy places.
