Furnished Rentals in Perth

There is a web site www.movetoperth.com - it doesn't get used much as a forum but they do have a link to furnished rentals in perth (which is how we got ours). There are 3 - 5 beds with pools and also studio - 5 beds without pools. Some allow pets

They did help us negotiate a lower rent because we wanted it for 3 months. Most are NOR - it's worth having a look if your looking for something short term and don't want to stay in a hotel. It's certainly helped us find our feet.

We're renting the one in leeming as we wanted to be south of river, and this includes use of a car so has meant we haven't had to rush out and do a major purchase.
