Furnished rental property melbourne

Hi,
We have been looking for 2 bed apartment to rent for 12months in Melbourne on realestate.com and have found lots of apartments that are ideal, however most of these are unfurnished! Is there another site that has mainly furnished apartments?

A furnished rental for such a long time is not going to be cheap, and as you say, they are hard to come by. Have you thought of furnished for a month or two while you get settled and then find an unfurnished place?

You can also solve the problem by renting an unfurnished place and renting the furniture (see http://www.pabs.com.au/ )
