House in east Victoria park, perth for rent

Hi,

We want to break our lease in our 3x1 house in east Victoria park, Perth.

We love Perth so much we have bought a house, and want to end our lease 1st August.

The house has a pool and the bedrooms can fit a double bed in each room. It is 7k from the city and 2k from Curtin university. There is a good bus service into the city around the the corner.

There is 6months left on our lease, but we are sure the land lady would extend that if required.
