help with short term rental perth

Hi there dose anybody know of any short term rentals in Perth
My family & i are due to arrive in Perth on 21st April and like everybody trying to find a rental which wont break the bank lol , due to it being Autumn am i right in thinking the landlords would drop the rent or have i got it totally wrong .

So if anybody knows any properties or an email address so i can contact owner i would appreciate any help , ive already got in touch with a great lady from ozrentals just waiting for a reply.
